Cost Structure:
A 10% project fee is applied to earnings for BitNexusX. All other fees are included in the purchase price. Purchasing an 8 TH package requires a one-time payment of 319 USD, covering TH allocation for 5 years and maintenance and electricity costs for the first year. From the second year onward, you will receive a notification to transfer the standard maintenance and electricity fees. If payments are not made, the TH will be deactivated, and the contract terminated. There is no money-back guarantee; thus, the investment is non-refundable upon contract expiration, cancellation, or termination.
Maintenance and Downtime:
If servers experience downtime or miners are damaged, no earnings will be paid until the miners are repaired or replaced. Once back online, miners resume operation, with payouts issued at the end of each month.
Withdrawal Conditions:
Withdrawals are possible from a minimum amount of 10 USD. Please consider the BTC transaction fees, which can be significant, so it’s wise to plan the timing of your withdrawals carefully.
Conditions at Low BTC Prices:
If the BTC price drops below 30,000 USD, servers may be taken offline or operate at 50% capacity, meaning reduced or no BTC distributions.

Through the BitNexusX dashboard, you can purchase a virtual mining share (1 TH, 8TH) secured for a 5-year term, designed to generate passive income. It is important to monitor the current BTC price, as mining should be viewed as a long-term investment.
Terms and Costs for the 1 TH Mining Package:
- Service and Contract Duration: With this purchase, you are not acquiring physical mining hardware but rather a service provided by BitNexusX, securing 1 TH & 8TH for you for 5 years.
- Cost Structure: The fee of 49 USD includes a one-time payment for 1 TH & 8 TH as well as the annual maintenance and electricity fees. Electricity costs are billed annually. If these payments are not made, BitNexusX reserves the right to deactivate your 1 TH & 8 TH. In such a case, you will receive the remaining BTC, minus any costs incurred during the period.
Cancellation Terms:
If you cancel your 1 TH & 8 TH, your investment will not be refunded, as this is a one-time payment with no money-back guarantee.
Warnings:
- BTC Price Fluctuations: If the BTC price drops significantly, the mining power may be reduced due to high electricity costs, potentially resulting in lower earnings.
- Defective Miners: If a miner becomes defective, no BTC will be generated until the damage is repaired or a replacement miner is installed.
- Extreme Cases: If the BTC price is extremely low and electricity costs are disproportionately high, making profitability impossible, BitNexusX reserves the right to take the miners offline. In such cases, there is also no money-back guarantee.
